Our Programs
Five age-grouped GEM levels and four powerful curriculum modules — a year of life-changing, faith-based mentorship for girls ages 3 to 17.
Five GEM Levels
Age-appropriate programming designed for each developmental stage.
Rubies
Ages 3–5
Preschool – Kindergarten
Our youngest gems experience faith and self-worth through songs, stories, crafts, and play. Foundational lessons planted with love.
Diamonds
Ages 6–8
1st – 3rd Grade
Building confidence through creative play, Bible stories, and friendship foundations. Diamonds learn how brilliantly God made them.
Emeralds
Ages 9–11
4th – 5th Grade
Interactive lessons, friendship building, and discovering talents. Emeralds dig deeper into identity and biblical principles.
Topaz
Ages 12–14
6th – 8th Grade
Deeper mentorship and character development. Topaz navigates the tween and teen years with grace, faith, and guidance.
Sapphires
Ages 15–17
9th – 12th Grade
Leadership development, life skills mastery, and preparing for the future. Sapphires step boldly into their God-given purpose.
One-time registration covers all GEM levels and events.
Three Teaching Groups
Every girl keeps her Gem level for registration, records, recognition, and mentoring. For lessons, breakout sessions, and hands on activities, we bring the five levels together into three teaching groups so girls learn alongside peers at a similar developmental stage. Our four curriculum modules and their workbooks are arranged around these same three teaching groups.

Rubies and Diamonds
Ages 3 to 8
Foundation, first values, and early character built through play, songs, and stories.
Teaching Group 2
Emeralds
Ages 9 to 11
Identity and resilience explored through interactive lessons, friendship building, and biblical principles.

Topaz and Sapphires
Ages 12 to 17
Leadership, life skills, and future readiness through deeper mentorship and real world application.

This foundational module helps girls grasp the depth of God's unconditional love for them. Through interactive lessons, activities, and real-life discussions, girls discover that their worth is not defined by circumstances, appearance, or peer approval — but by a God who calls them precious and loved.

This module addresses one of the greatest struggles girls face — navigating friendships, dealing with rejection, and learning to build meaningful relationships. Girls learn to identify healthy vs. toxic friendships, develop communication skills, and understand that rejection does not define them.

The capstone module prepares girls for the real world by teaching practical life skills they'll carry into adulthood. From personal hygiene and financial basics to leadership development and public speaking, girls leave this module feeling confident, capable, and ready to shine.

Monthly Schedule
Consistent rhythm — every month, for every gem.
Focus and Flourish Fridays
Our monthly classes meet the first Friday of every month, 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, beginning October 2, 2026. The heartbeat of our curriculum and mentorship.
Events
Themed pop-up events, brunches, retreats, and the annual G.L.O.W. Conference (September 2027) bring our curriculum to life beyond the classroom. Our inaugural year focuses on building our foundation; the first annual G.L.O.W. Conference takes place in Year Two.
