About This Module
Over 16 weeks, girls explore what healthy relationships look like, learn to identify toxic friendships, develop communication and conflict resolution skills, and discover that rejection does not define them. This module addresses one of the greatest emotional struggles girls face — and gives them practical, faith-grounded tools to navigate friendships, hurt, and healing.

Who This Module Is For
Loved, Connected and Unshaken is age-adapted for all five GEM levels — every girl, every age, learning to love and be loved well.
Rubies
Ages 3–5
Learning to share, take turns, use kind words, and be a good friend through stories and play.
Diamonds
Ages 6–8
Friendship role-plays, identifying good vs. hurtful behaviors, and practicing "I'm sorry" and "I forgive you."
Emeralds
Ages 9–11
Deeper friendship discussions, journaling about hurt and healing, and team-building challenges.
Topaz
Ages 12–14
Honest conversations about rejection, social media friendships, peer pressure, and setting boundaries.
Sapphires
Ages 15–17
Leadership-level relationship skills — mentoring younger girls, resolving conflict maturely, and building lasting, purposeful connections.
