About This Module
Over 16 weeks, this capstone module prepares girls for the real world by teaching practical life skills they will carry into adulthood. From personal hygiene and cooking basics to budgeting, public speaking, and career readiness, girls leave this module feeling confident, capable, and equipped to handle life with grace and purpose.

Who This Module Is For
Polished and Prepared is age-adapted for all five GEM levels — every girl, every age, growing into her best self.
Rubies
Ages 3–5
Learning to brush teeth, wash hands, pick up toys, and simple kitchen safety through play and songs.
Diamonds
Ages 6–8
Sorting laundry, making a bed, basic cooking with supervision, and simple money concepts through games.
Emeralds
Ages 9–11
Hands-on cooking, organizing their space, setting goals, and beginning budgeting with real-life scenarios.
Topaz
Ages 12–14
Meal planning, sewing basics, public speaking practice, time management tools, and career interest exploration.
Sapphires
Ages 15–17
Resume writing, mock interviews, financial planning, leadership projects, and preparing their final life skills showcase.
